The hot dog is believed to have originated in the 17th century in Frankfurt, Germany. The sausage was made from a mixture of pork, beef, and spices, and it quickly became popular throughout Europe.

In the late 1800s, German immigrants brought their love of sausages to the United States, and the hot dog as we know it was born. It is said that a German immigrant named Charles Feltman began selling hot dogs on Coney Island in 1867, and the rest is history.

Today, the hot dog is a staple at sporting events, picnics, and barbecues. It can be served with a variety of toppings, from ketchup and mustard to sauerkraut and relish. Or, our favorite — bison chili.

Hot dogs nowadays are not just made of beef and/or pork, but other meats as well.

In our (humble) opinion, we think that our Bison Hot Dogs are the absolute best hot dogs out there.

Bison meat is far superior in taste, consistency, and nutritional value than any other type of meat.

Our bison roam free on our ranch in New Mexico. Free-range bison tastes incredible thanks to a natural diet and zero hormones, steroids or antibiotics.
