Wagyu beef is considered the best in the world, and we have the highest grade Wagyu available for your palate.
Beef is graded by the intramuscular fat percentage (IMF). Our Wagyu beef has an IMF rating of 28–40%. This is about 3 times higher than USDA prime which has about 10–12% IMF.
Wagyu fat has a very low melting point, so every bite literally melts in your mouth!
