Save the date! We’re attending Santa Fe Chile & Fiesta and want you to join us!
Since 1991, the Wine & Chile Fiesta has brought as many as 90 national wineries to Santa Fe to partner with 75+ of Santa Fe’s best restaurants.
While we are not a restaurant, we provide meat and other products to five-star restaurants and offer catering and charcuterie services.
We were invited to participate in the festivities with two separate events.
One is a class on building a grazing board featuring tartare and caviar, which has already sold out. But keep your eye out — we may offer a similar class sometime soon at the butcher shop.
There are still tickets for the other event: “Rosé All Day,” on Sunday, September 25, 2022.
This event is going to be extremely popular, so we expect it to sell out quickly.
If you like really good food and wine — don’t hesitate! This is an experience not to be missed and helps to put Santa Fe on the map as a world-class culinary destination!
