Our wild boar are fully wild, roaming and foraging the forests of the southwest.
When we first tasted this wild boar meat, our minds were blown.
Because they consume their natural diet, including berries, nuts, roots, and tubers, this meat has a nutty and delicious flavor profile (not as “gamey” as many people think).
