Dungeness crab is the best! The sweetest tasting of all crab species, Dungeness Crab come from the icy cold waters of the Pacific Northwest. Native to the west coast of the U.S. and Canada, Dungeness crab has long been a favorite of Pacific Northwest chefs — and Alaskan fishermen.
Our crab is pre-cooked, cleaned, and ready to eat chilled — or warm it up by lightly steaming. Each crab is cooked and flash-frozen within hours of being caught to lock in the natural flavors.
The meat has a distinctive, sweet flavor and is an unmatched favorite among seafood lovers. Some compare the crab’s meat to that of a Maine lobster, but more tender.
Wild Caught Alaskan Sablefish
These wild caught Alaskan sablefish, also known as butterfish or black cod, have a high oil content providing a silky consistency along with incredible flavor that is often compared to Chilean Sea Bass. We love that sablefish is a MUCH more sustainable choice than sea bass.

These are one of the most sought-after shrimp species in the world.
Not only are they some of the largest shrimp that you could find, but they also have a rich flavor that is like a mix of Dungeness crab and lobster.
Spot prawns have a sweet buttery flavor and can be grilled, pan-seared, or any other way you like to cook shrimp. You can even enjoy them raw — these prawns are sashimi quality.
