Bigeye tuna is known for having a higher fat content from its light marbling under the skin. This type of tuna is ideal for sushi 🍣 or a quick sear!

Hawaiian Ono is delicately mild and sweet. It is a leaner fish, most similar to halibut. Although it is a lesser known fish, we have had many customers coming in that have been to Hawaii and ask us about if we would ever carry this Wahoo fish in store. We are bringing it in and trust us, it’s onolicious! 😋
