You will begin your evening with a reception at The Library, where you will enjoy pre-dinner cocktails, East Coast oysters, and light bites, all prepared by Chef Andre.
From there, you will be seated for a five-course dinner at The Anasazi Restaurant, where you will enjoy a menu created by Chef Andre featuring our meat and seafood such as Surf & Turf with NM Wagyu & Truffle Tartare with raw cured Wild Caught Scallop, Wild Snow Crab, Wild Miso Black Cod, Grilled NM Bison Tenderloin, and Pistachio Crème Brulé.
Each course will be paired with a selection of wines to enhance your dining experience.
