The bakery uses locally grown wheat, and the bread is baked using a traditional French stone oven. They specialize in slow-fermented sourdough, allowing this bread to be incredibly digestible and light on the stomach.
Due to the fermentation process, we have appreciated the way the bread richens in flavor and texture throughout the week — meaning it gets even better after a couple days.
